WORKFLOW & DELIVERY MODEL
1-REQUEST QUOTE
To receive a price quote for your 3D rendering or walkthrough animation project, please send all details such as floor plans, elevations, conceptual sketches, PDF files, reference images, if any, and other details of the project to rfrendertheworld@gmail.com
2. PROJECT STUDY
Once we receive the email, we will study the project details. If we require any further details we will inform you, or else we will send the estimated quote within 24 hours along with the turnaround time.
3. ADVANCE PAYMENT
Once you approve the price quote, you need to make 50% payment upfront. Payment can be made by cheque, PayPal, bank transfer, or Western Union money transfer.
4. RENDER PREVIEWS
We will send test render previews for your feedback / comments which can be made on on the image or as a separate list at one go. If needed, we can have one-to-one telephonic/Skype meeting to understand your expectations, with the help of references to existing pictures/structures or our previous work.
5. DRAFT ANIMATION
For 3D animations, we provide a low-resolution, draft animation based on the approved preview renderings. Depending on the project it may take up to minimum 2 weeks to produce the final high-resolution animation after approval of the preview video.
6. FULL HD DELIVERY
We deliver high-resolution, full HD quality 3D animations incorporating all revisions as AVI, MPEG or MOV files as required, on CD/DVD/online, with our watermark. After we receive the final payment, we will remove the watermark and resend the final images or videos.
